We want you to love your MILANJ Diamonds purchase. That’s why we offer complimentary 30-day returns on eligible U.S. orders, including free return shipping via FedEx. If you're not fully satisfied, simply initiate your return within 30 days of the ship date.

All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with any accompanying documentation, including diamond certificates (a $100 replacement fee applies if missing). Items that have been engraved, resized, or altered by another jeweler cannot be returned.

Returns must be approved in advance and shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label. Returns without prior authorization or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Most eligible items are refunded to the original payment method. Special orders and custom designs may qualify for store credit only, as noted at the time of purchase.
