MILANJ Diamonds stands behind the value of your diamond purchase and guarantees that value for 120 days from the date of purchase.

If at any time during the term of the agreement your diamond is appraised for a value that is lower than what you paid for, that diamond at MILANJ and your appraisal is made by an independent appraiser *(independent appraiser is defined as a professional who assesses the fair market value of diamonds; he does not sell diamonds and is not affiliated with any jewelry store) bring that written and signed independent appraisal, the diamond and your original sales receipt to MILANJ Diamonds.

At that time, MILANJ Diamonds reserves the right to obtain an additional appraisal by an independent appraiser.

If both appraisals are lower, or if you present two independent appraisals that are lower, MILANJ will refund the difference in purchase price of your diamond, no questions asked.

Within 365 days of your purchase date you may, for any reason, exchange your diamond item for another item of equal value, or use it for credit towards an item that exceeds the original purchase.*
