We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for store credit only.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we can set up an appointment time for you to bring your item into the store for an exchange for store credit. There are no returns for money back. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All custom, layaway, and special order sales are final.
